Grayshott Concerts Structure

 

Starting as a village community group in 2004, Grayshott Concerts became a Registered Charity (No.1140146) on 11 February 2011 and has now become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO No.1205668) on 11 November 2023. Our most recently published accounts can be viewed on the Charity Commission website

Our Constitution (please click here to view to constitution document) empowers the charity to "advance the appreciation of music through public concerts" and to "make grants and donations" to deserving causes.

Annual General Meetings

Our AGM is held in early summer each year and Members of the Society ("Friends of Grayshott Concerts") are invited to consider the Annual Accounts and to vote on their adoption as well as elect the Society's Trustees for the year.
