Highly talented young and multiple award-winning musicians Benjamin Baker (violin) and Timothy Ridout (viola) will share the stage with the London Mozart Players in a programme including the Arensky Variations on a Theme by Tchaikovsky and Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante.

Excelsis Chamber Choir marks the launch of its new CD with performances of Faure's Requiem and works by acclaimed local composer, Clive Osgood. They will be accompanied by the London Mozart Players, who also joined Excelsis for the recording.

Turkish-born young British cellist Jamal Aliyev, winner of the third Sir Karl Jenkins/Arts Club/Classic FM award, joins the London Mozart Players for Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme (Op 33). This work is regarded as the closest the composer came to a full concerto for cello and orchestra.

Adrian Butterfield directs the Pegasus Choir Adrian Butterfield directs the Pegasus Choir

Internationally renowned violinist and conductor Adrian Butterfield directs the Pegasus Choir in a performance of Handel’s ever-popular Messiah. Adrian Butterfield is Professor of Baroque Violin at the Royal College of Music. He is also Director of Music of the London Handel Players and the Tilford Bach Society.
