Help with the ticket pre-reservation process
The process to make your concert ticket pre-reservations is quite straight forward however
the following will hopefully assist you if you are not familiar with the process.
The image on the right shows the main concert ticket Pre-Reservation page.
You will note that in addition to the available concerts being listed there is a table showing the number of tickets that can be pre-reserved by the various levels of Friends.
When making your ticket pre-reservation you can reserve tickets for just one concert or all the concerts you would like to attend during the year.
You are not required to make payment at the time of pre-reserving your tickets (and suppers). Approximately 4 weeks before each concert you will receive an email from Grayshott Concerts that includes a click link enabling you to make payment.
Click on a concert image to view the ticket options available for that concert.
When selecting a concert by clicking on the concert image you will be taken to a page showing the various options available for that concert. In this example the Howard Shelly concert has been selected
The options listed for each concert are : centre aisle tickets, side aisle tickets, pre-concert tickets, parking (Platinum and Gold Friends only) and accessible parking.
At any time you can return to the main concert page by clicking on the 'Ticket home page' link highlighted with an arrow in the image left.
When you have selected the concert of your choice you can select the number of tickets (and suppers) required.
For each item please select your 'Friends membership level' in the drop-down field and type in the number of tickets required.
When you have selected your Friends level and the number of tickets required the tickets can be added to your 'basket' by selecting the 'Add to basket' button and a message will appear 'X items added to your basket'
If you do not select your Friends membership level and try to add the items to your basket a reminder pop-up will appear towards the top of your screen and the items will not be added to your basket.
Dismiss the pop-up by clicking the 'OK' button then make the appropriate Friend level selection for the items you wish to pre-reserve and add the items to your basket.
Once all items have been added to your basket for the specific event you have two ways to proceed.
In this example 2 Center Aisle tickets and 2 Supper tickets have been added to the basket.
The first option is to check out by selecting one of the 'Checkout' buttons
The other option is to add tickets for other concerts to your basket. To do this please select the 'Tickets home page' link at the top of the concert page to return to the main concerts page.
After selecting the 'Tickets home page' link you will be able to select another concert and using the process noted above add further tickets to your basket.
At any time you can view all the items in your basket by selecting one of the 'Checkout' buttons
After selecting the 'Checkout' button you will be taken to a page that displays the items you have added to you basket.
Please review that the items are the ones you wish to pre-reserve.
If you need to change quantities or delete items from your basket you can do this using the links by each item, circled on the image to the right.
Once you have reviewed (and adjusted if necessary) the items in your basket select the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
After selecting the 'Proceed to Checkout' button the page pictured on the left will be displayed.
Please enter your contact details as requested and any comment you have for Grayshott Concerts should be added in the 'Comments' field
After selecting the 'Continue to Confirm' button you will be taken to a summary page that details your pre-reservation and purchase.
Select the 'Agree to Terms' button. To view the Terms and Conditions click on the link in bold.
After selecting the Confirm' button the page pictured on the left will be displayed.
This page provides a summary of your purchases.
You will receive an email confirmation of your pre-reservations and we recommend retaining this email for your reference.
At this stage you have not paid for any of the tickets. Approximately 4 weeks before each concert you will receive an email from Grayshott Concerts requesting payment for the forthcoming concert. The email will contain a link enabling you to make payment via the WorldPay secure payment gateway.
