Please note IMPORTANT changes to our booking arrangements in 2017

In order to ease the administrative load - and to reduce the likelihood of errors arising in bookings made over the telephone, we are making a number of changes to the way tickets are purchased, as follows:

1. If at all possible, please reserve your tickets for 2017 through our website. This provides a printed record of your intentions and therefore reduces the possibility of misunderstandings arising.
2. On receipt of your reservation via the web, we shall check to see whether we can access current valid CARD details for you. If not, we shall acknowledge your request by email and ask you to ring us with your CARD details. Your reservation is secure only when we have these correct details. Your tickets will then be charged to you on or after a point TWO calendar months before each event.
3. Please be assured that, for those unable to access our website, we can still accept telephone bookings on 01428 606666 between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Monday to Friday ONLY.

4. Payments are preferred by CARD, but we shall be happy to continue to accept cash or cheques, by prior arrangement.
5. Our aim is to keep transaction costs as low as possible (Supporters will applaud our preference to put money into beautiful music rather than swelling bank’s profits!) So we prefer DEBIT cards, which are cheaper to process than CREDIT cards. We will accept either, and while DEBIT cards will be processed FREE, CREDIT cards will attract a 2% surcharge to offset processing costs.
6. In 2017, ALL the tickets you purchase will be SENT to you by POST (to ease admin and to avoid mistakes) so a postage/handling charge of £1.00 will be added to each transaction.
7. Tickets purchased within ONE week of an event will be held available for collection at the door.
8. Our Terms and Conditions make clear that if, for any reason, you are unable to use your tickets, the responsibility lies with you as the purchaser to pass them on. Only in exceptional circumstances will we be able to make a refund, which will, in any case, attract a handling charge of £5.00 per ticket.
