Grayshott Rising Star Performs Bruch

Now at the Royal College of Music, Shoshanah has already shone for us on numerous occasions: performed with Tasmin Little, played solo for Sir Karl Jenkins in Peacemakers, starred in Mozart's Violin Concerto No.5 with LMP and, when she was just 6, understudied in our opera Madame Butterfly as the child 'Sorrow'.

Tonight, Shoshanah performs two challenging works. Bruch's Violin Concerto is always a favourite so will be very welcome this evening. She will also perform the world premiere of Enchantment, commissioned for her by Grayshott Concerts from Sir Karl Jenkins. The programme includes: Mozart's Marriage of Figaro and Bizet's Symphony No.1 with LMP conducted by Hilary Davan Wetton.

Performance starts at 7.30 pm St Luke's Church Grayshott GU26 6LF

A Night at the Opera

For this year's Black-Tie Gala event, we've invited London Festival Opera to bring top singers from the major opera houses to perform your favourite arias, duets and choruses - dressed in style.

You can join in the Gala atmosphere with a chance to dress-up for the occasion; gentlemen in black ties, ladies in long dresses. Not obligatory, of course - but many will take the opportunity to join in the glamour of the evening. London quality - without the expense. Expect Magic Flute, La Traviata, Madame Butterfly and many more.

Performance starts at 7.30 pm St Luke's Church Grayshott GU26 6LF

Messiah! - by Candlelight

Composed in just three weeks in the late summer of 1741, Messiah was premiered in a Dublin music hall in 1742, receiving a 'warm' reception. The work gradually became the 'most performed' oratorio of all time. Written for modest resources, it is often performed by huge choirs and orchestras, but this afternoon's performance will echo the '30 strong' choir of its first performance.

Pegasus, making their third appearance with us, are acknowledged as one of London's most accomplished chamber choirs, critically acclaimed and award-winning for its imaginative programmes of music from the Renaissance to the present day. The London Handel Orchestra is stylishly conducted by Adrian Butterfield.

Please Note: Starts promptly at 3.00pm in the afternoon
